I love mussels! Someday I’m going to eat “Mussels in Brussels”…well, make that Brugge…but it’s more fun to say Mussels in Brussels. I’m out of town, house-sitting again for friends who are eating “Mussels in Brugge” without me. Sigh. Tomorrow they move on to Copenhagen, one of my favorite places in the world.

Today I’m daydreaming about Stockholm. Friends will be traveling to Sweden this week to attend the World Show and I’ll be there with them in spirit.

I’ve discovered, in recent years, that I love to travel……but NHL will keep me close to home this year. One of my strategies for dealing with this has been mental travel. There are so many places that I want to see and Santorini is high on that list.
